Why do I need to pay UpOnGoogle a set up fee to manage my Sponsored Links?
Our set up fee goes toward in depth research carried out for your website and the clients you are trying to attract. We also apply years of knowledge and experience to minimise wasted money spent on clicks. While it's true, Google don't charge anything to set up the account, most people end up paying much more than they should once their campaigns are running. It wont take long for you to notice the difference with professional management!
Do many people really use Sponsored Links?
Yes, millions of people do every day. Online media is the fastest growing form of advertising in Australia,
and Search is the fastest growing area within the online sector. More and more companies are increasing their
spending on PPC - because it works.

How many clicks will I get if I'm on, say, the 'Frog 1' plan?
This all depends on a few factors - mainly, the competition for your keywords. For example, words
like 'Mortgage' and 'Credit Cards' have a lot more competition and may cost around $1 per click. On the other hand,
more specific terms like 'Piano Lessons Mosman' or 'Window cleaner in Balmoral' could cost around 40c per click. Your daily budget
would obviously go a lot further in the latter case.

Couldn't my competitors click on my adds so as to use up my budget?
This is called "Click fraud". Search engines have sophisticated tools and monitoring systems
in place (both human and automated) to tell when a click doesnt seem genuine. Invalid clicks are
filtered out by google so you wont be charged for them. In reality Click Fraud is minimal.

What about PPC for other search engines such as Yahoo, MSN or Windows?
Our preference is Google since most people use this. AdWords is both more user friendly and
sophisticated than the others. If you would like to use other search engine PPC accounts, please
let us know and we will provide a custom package for your needs.

Yes, you can change up or down to different plans as many times as you like. However, each
change must be for a period of at least 2 weeks.

What if I don't want the sponsored links running for a few weeks or months?
UpOnGoogle can pause your campaign so you wont be charged anything (by Google or us). Just let us
know when to run it again. Remember, unlike other companies, we don't have a minimum contract
for Sponsored Links - so feel free to stop and start as needed!

What is included in the monthly reports?
They include statistics on:
Impressions - the number of times your advert comes up on Google.
Clicks - the number of times someone clicked on the ad.
CTR - Click through rate. This shows the percentage of people that decided to click on your ad, as opposed to your competitors. In other words, how effectively your ads are written.
Average Position - where, from 1 - 10, your ad was placed.
Lots of other interesting details.
Can I choose where to have my campaigns run?
Yes. You can have your ads showing around the whole world, or just your suburb. We can plot
points on a map to have your ads show for users based only within that area - which is great for
those with local services! A Plumber in Canberra doesn't want to pay for people clicking on his ads in Darwin!
